In the 1800s, the United States brought camels to Texas as part of an unusual military experiment. The experiment eventually fell apart — but the camels didn’t simply disappear.

Inspired by that wonderfully strange chapter of American history, Finny imagines one camel who escapes the whole operation and heads into the Texas wilderness on his own terms.

No orders. No handlers. No forwarding address.

Now Finny is a rogue agent: wandering, surviving, exploring, and discovering what freedom looks like when nobody quite knows where you went.
