All Living Grove products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue with your download — such as a broken link or corrupted file — please contact us within 7 days of purchase at elstorytree@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
