All Living Grove products are digital downloads. Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.
However, we want you to feel good about every purchase.
If you experience a technical issue — such as a broken download link, a corrupted file, or a missing order confirmation — please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental duplicate purchases (contact us and we'll sort it out)
- Incompatibility with your device or software
